Lead Time

We aim to ship products within 7-10 working days unless otherwise stated on our website. If a product is made to order it will state this on the product page and may take 2-3 weeks. Special Commissions may take longer approx 10-12 weeks.

Where we ship to

We currently only ship within the UK. Any enquiries for overseas delivery should be emailed to info@louisemuirhead.com.

We also offer free local delivery. 

Shipping Costs

We offer a standard flat rate shipping charge of £3.95 for all UK deliveries. Shipping is free for all orders over £60.

We offer free Local shipping within 10km of Dollar. Enter your address at checkout and the ‘local delivery’ option will be available if you are within this range.

Shipping Time

Once shipped our products usually arrive within 3 working days . For addresses in the Scottish Highlands this may be slightly longer.

Our Shipping Carrier

We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

If you leave your mobile number when placing your order you will receive order updates via text message.

Do you offer in store pick up?

Yes, we offer in store pick up. You can choose this option at checkout.  We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up from Dollar.
